CharlesHerisson.com lists some events for reference purposes only and in those cases has no affiliation with the producers or distributors of awards shows, concerts, festivals, motion pictures or television shows. Using or visiting CharlesHerisson.com you signify your acceptance of our general terms and conditions of service and privacy policy.

Conditions of Access

CharlesHerisson.com hereby grants you permission to use the Website provided that your use of the Website is solely for your personal use; you will not copy, distribute or modify any part of the Website without prior written authorization; you will not send unsolicited or unauthorized advertisements; you will not transmit any content which contains software viruses or harmful computer code, files or programs; you will not disrupt servers or networks connected to Website; you will generally comply with the Terms of Service.

Membership

Membership is non-transferable and membership fee non-refundable. Each booking will be made at an agreed price and CharlesHerisson.com reserves the right to cancel membership at its discretion for any reason. Members and their guests must conduct themselves appropriately at all times with polite manners and respect for the host/s. Membership fee is independent of the Member’s level of use of the services and all events are subject to availability and in circumstances where tickets are no longer available or price is deemed too high CharlesHerisson.com will not be held liable. These conditions may change from time to time without notice.

Bookings

The exchange of services will be agreed at a mutually convenient time within a reasonable time period. All details are correct at the time of posting but may change or be withdrawn for reasons beyond our control, and if for any reason CharlesHerisson.com is unable to fulfill the experience purchaser is responsible where applicable for making arrangements and meeting all costs that may be necessary to take up and enjoy their experience including, but not limited to costs of travel, accommodation, food and other incidentals, travel insurance, medical checks / innoculation and obtaining any necessary documentation including passports and visas. Once you have purchased your tickets CharlesHerisson.com does not allow exchanges and should any event be cancelled or postponed for any reason the purchaser will have no entitlement to refund of monies paid. We will not accept liability for any loss incurred in relation to a cancellation or be liable for any expenses that you or any related party incurs or suffers in connection with a canceled or rescheduled event. We will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed as they cannot be replaced and you may not gain admittance to the event. When red carpet access is included in an experience we will always do our best to make sure you get access. Members and their guests must always conduct themselves appropriately on the red carpet and professional standards of conduct are required at all times. In circumstances where rules of entry to the red carpet are changed or entry is refused CharlesHerisson.com will not be held liable. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure compliance with any local, state or federal regulations regarding purchase and usage of tickets or experiences and resale is strictly prohibited unless a specific waiver is agreed to by CharlesHerisson.com.

Copyright Policy

CharlesHerisson.com respects the intellectual property rights of others, and requests you to do the same. CharlesHerisson.com does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on its Website. We respect copyright laws and filter all material.  Please report any violations via the Contact Us form on the Website.

Nothing in the Terms shall affect any statutory rights which you are always entitled to as a consumer and that you cannot contractually agree to alter or waive. This shall include inability to secure booking, tickets or any cancellation or postponement of events; any changes which CharlesHerisson.com may make to the Services, or for any permanent or temporary cessation in the provision of Services (or any features within Services) and is not responsible for cancellations due to Participant¹s medical emergency or acts of God like weather, natural disasters, terrorism or war. In any such circumstances no refund will be given.

 Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CharlesHerisson.com, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees).  This defence and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms & Conditions and your use of the Website.

 
Ability to Accept

You affirm that you are either more than the presiding age of consent, or possess legal parental or guardian consent to enter into these Terms & Conditions, and to comply with these Terms of Service.

Presiding Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, and you hereby waive your rights to a trial by jury in any proceeding with us, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
